Volunteer Work

The Midland Park Baptist Church has been a community partner in providing opportunities to students in high school in giving back to the community by way of rendering volunteer work. Not only are they able to earn volunteer hours, the program of the church provides volunteers with a foundational training in youth leadership preparatory to undertaking their volunteer work. This is offered yearly during the summer. Volunteers act as Day camp counselors, helpers and aides in the Summer children’s Vacation Bible School.

Field Work

Seminary students seeking to undertake their ministerial field work in a church setting are welcome to apply. Applicants may get in touch with the Church by email or by telephone. A written recommendation by their seminary with regard to their spiritual conduct, Christian character and ministerial maturity will be required. A character reference will also be required.
